When you visit our website When you come to our website (www.healthdrops.com.au) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.
10.4. Third party sites: Our site may from time to time have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or approval of these websites. Please be aware that Healthdrops is not responsible for the privacy practices of other such websites. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our website, to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal identifiable information.

We currently don’t offer any other refund policy. We do not accept returns once purchased due to hygiene, health and safety reasons.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information, which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information; we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
Australian customers parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel express postage service.
All parcels required signature on delivery and will not be safe dropped (unless stated).
New Zealand customers parcels are send via Australia Post Pack and Track service, which is not express. Postage is 3-5 days depending on your location. All parcels are not safe dropped.
For International customers, postage and shipping is charged at the calculated rate, calculation is based on your location and is priced Australia Post postage calculator or by flat rate. The items pricing is based on the weight of the item, cubic measurements of the items and if Australia Post classes the item as a dangerous good.
All items are shipped everyday, except Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed before 2pm AEST on that day, will be shipped the following morning.
All deliveries are currently shipped with Australia Post Receipted Delivery but our courier service may be changed at our discretion.
Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.
Receipted Delivery means that you must sign a receipt before the parcel/s will be left.
There are several places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.
If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection where possible. A card will advise you in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.
You may change our delivery instructions on request with Australia Post; e.g. leave parcel at the back door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel.
If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcel/s, or one or more are missing you can notify us by email at: email@example.com. Include the Receipted Delivery barcode numbers of any parcels you have received and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles.
International Customs Tax
From time to time, customs may require you to pay a tax within your country for the delivery of your goods. This is not something Healthdrops will be responsible for. All measures are taken to ensure this does not happen by stating the parcel is a gift and its under $10 AUS.
