Order Cancellation Due To MISREPRESENTATION

Where a product has been listed at the wrong price or with wrong descriptive information or image because of typographical blunders or similar oversight, you reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will directly refund your credit card for the entire amount debited. We do not take responsibility of misprints from our print suppliers and packaging. But you reserve the right for a refund if this occurs.

Product Returns FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED CONDITION

We offer to refund you for any product delivered to you that is wrong or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a wrong or damaged product, you must inform us by our preferred “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to the return of such goods.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we offer to refund your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
