- Grate zucchini with help of grater.
- Heat some oil to taste in a frying pan.
- Sauté onions (sliced), the capsicums, the green beans.
- Then add salt and green chillis according to your taste.
- Add zucchini noodles (or zoodles) for about 5 minutes or until they’re cooked. Serve the noodles hot.
