INGREDIENTS

  • 1 zucchini
  • Cauliflower — 200 gms
  • Besan — 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green chilli
  • Coriander powder — 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add some water to make thick paste.
  3. Add mixture into the muffin pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
  5. until top of muffins turns golden
  6. Serve hot with salad.
