INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gms Goat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander power
  • 4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 garam masala powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put some oil in the cooker and add cumin seeds and green chillies to it.
  2. Add sliced onions and let them cook till it get golden brown.
  3. Add goat pieces to the cooker along with the spices. Mix them well till the spices are being cooked.
  4. Add garam masala and set rhe cooker for whistles. After 5-6 whistles lower the flame and keep it for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with salad.
