INGREDIENTS

  • Broccoli — 100 gms
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Mushroom — 2 pieces
  • Tofu- 50 gms
  • Besan- 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a crumbly dough mixture.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mould the dough into equal sized cutlets.
  3. In non-sticky pan, shallow fry cutlets on medium heat, flip it over to cook them well.
  4. Serve it hot with salad & non made tomato sauce.
