Chicken Marination


  • 1 kgs chicken( washed)
  • Spices ( Salt, red chilli, Turmeric, Garam masala)
  • Ginger garlic paste( 2 tbsp)
  • kasoori methi
  • Half lemon
  • Air fryer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING chicken marination

  1. Wash chicken properly.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with salt, red chilli, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi, squeeze lemon for the chicken marinade; let marinate for 10 minutes to an hour (or overnight if time allows).
  3. Put it in air fryer until it cooked from both sides.
  4. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
